These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MPB Custom Creations website and your purchase of products from MPB Custom Creations. By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, contact information, billing information, shipping address, and all customization selections.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

MPB Custom Creations sells 3D printed products, personalized items, pretend play products, sports accessories, gifts, and related merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, pricing, and availability.

Because many of our products are 3D printed, handmade, made to order, or personalized, minor variations may occur between products. These variations may include slight differences in color, texture, layer appearance, finish, or other cosmetic characteristics.

Colors may also appear differently depending on the screen or device being used.

Product availability, designs, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.

  1. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all customization information before placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Names
• Spelling
• Jersey numbers
• Colors
• Designs
• Quantities
• Other personalization selections

MPB Custom Creations is not responsible for mistakes in customization information submitted by the customer.

Once production of a personalized or custom item has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse customization requests that we reasonably determine are unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

  1. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

MPB Custom Creations reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Pricing or listing errors
• Product availability issues
• Technical errors
• Prohibited customization requests
• Inability to fulfill the requested order

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before the order has been fulfilled, the applicable amount paid for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, shipping rates, product availability, and other charges may change without notice.

Payment is due at checkout unless another payment option is specifically offered.

Payments are processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts displayed during checkout.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Many MPB Custom Creations products are made to order and may require production time before shipment.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping times begin after production has been completed and the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to a carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside the control of MPB Custom Creations.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

MPB Custom Creations does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, selecting incorrect customization options, or no longer needing the product.

Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged after production has begun.

Exceptions may apply when an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies required by applicable law.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact MPB Custom Creations within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution when warranted.

Do not return an item unless MPB Custom Creations has specifically authorized the return.

  1. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any warnings, instructions, age guidance, or product information provided with the item.

Adult supervision should be used when appropriate based on the product and the age and abilities of the child.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended user.

Pretend play food and play-kitchen products are toys and are not intended for actual food preparation, food storage, or consumption unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Customers should discontinue use of any product that becomes damaged or develops broken or loose parts.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the MPB Custom Creations name, website content, product photographs, graphics, text, branding, original designs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to MPB Custom Creations.

You may not reproduce, copy, publish, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our website content, product photography, designs, or branding without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

  1. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to MPB Custom Creations, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.

If you specifically authorize MPB Custom Creations to use customer-submitted photographs, reviews, or other content for promotional or marketing purposes, you grant us permission to use that content for the authorized purpose.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with website security or functionality

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
