At MPB Custom Creations, we take pride in creating high-quality 3D-printed products for kids, athletes, families, and gift-givers. From realistic pretend play food and fun sports fidgets to personalized bag tags and custom creations, every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before leaving our Minnesota-based shop.
We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality our customers expect.

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping rates for U.S. orders:
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $50.
- FREE Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $50 or more.
Free shipping eligibility is determined by the qualifying order total at checkout, after applicable discounts.
All applicable shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing & Production Time
Because our products are 3D printed, processing times may vary depending on the items ordered, quantity, customization requirements, and current order volume.
Standard Products
Our non-personalized products, including pretend play food sets, sports fidgets, and other ready-to-order designs, are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.
Some items may require additional printing, finishing, inspection, or packaging time before shipment.
Personalized & Custom Products
Personalized items, including custom sports bag tags and products featuring names, numbers, team colors, or other design selections, require additional production time.
Each personalized order is carefully produced according to the customization details submitted at checkout.
Large & Team Orders
Bulk purchases and team orders may require additional processing time due to production quantities and individual customization requirements.
Processing times may increase during busy periods, including holidays, tournament seasons, and periods of high order volume.
We make every effort to fulfill orders promptly without compromising product quality.
Rush Orders
Need your order sooner?
Rush production may be available for eligible products and orders.
When offered at checkout, selecting rush production gives your order priority in our production queue.
Please note: Rush production prioritizes manufacturing and order preparation. It does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or accelerate shipping carrier transit times.
If you have an important deadline, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping time begins once your order has been completed, packaged, and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Actual delivery times depend on your location, the selected shipping method, carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in shipping delays, returned packages, or additional delivery charges.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier's operations.
If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or tracking information has stopped updating, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to help investigate the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect and package our products before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
We will review the situation and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or another resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
Returns & Cancellations
All sales are final, subject to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
Because many products are produced to order or personalized, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has begun.
